Cookie Policy

Last Updated: March 11, 2026

This Cookie Policy supplements our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more broadly. This policy describes how Creative Sculpture Academy (operated by Syblvatren Studio s.r.o.) uses cookies and similar technologies on this website, what these technologies do, and how you can manage your preferences.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet, or phone) when you visit a website. Cookies help a site remember actions and preferences (such as consent choices) and, when enabled, support measurement and advertising attribution. We may also use similar technologies such as pixel tags (small code snippets) and server-side event signals. For simplicity, we refer to these collectively as “cookies and tracking technologies.”

What cookies are, and how they work

A cookie contains a small amount of information that a website can read later. Cookies can be “first-party” (set by our website) or “third-party” (set by a service provider whose technology is used on the site). Cookies can also be “session” cookies, which are removed when you close your browser, or “persistent” cookies, which remain until they expire or you delete them.

Some of our pages may include pixel tags and similar scripts used for measuring page views and form submissions. Where these are used for analytics or marketing, they are disabled unless you provide consent through the cookie banner or preferences panel (where applicable under your local law).

Cookie categories we use

We group cookies into three categories. The categories and examples below are designed to match how our consent banner and preferences panel are presented.

1) Essential cookies (always active)

Essential cookies are required for the website to function properly. They support basic features such as session continuity, security, and remembering your cookie consent choice. These cookies do not require consent in most jurisdictions because the site cannot operate reliably without them.

2) Analytics cookies (optional, consent required where applicable)

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the site so we can improve course information, page structure, and performance. When enabled, analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, time spent, navigation paths, referrers, and technical data (device type, browser, language settings). We configure analytics to reduce unnecessary collection and, where supported, to anonymize or limit IP usage.

We commonly use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for analytics measurement. GA4 retention is typically set to 14 months for event-level data (where configured). You can opt in or opt out using our cookie preferences panel.

3) Marketing cookies (optional, consent required where applicable)

Marketing cookies help measure advertising performance and support remarketing (showing relevant course information to people who previously visited our website). These cookies can be used to build audiences (such as “visited registration page”) and to attribute conversions (such as a completed registration form) to an ad click or view.

Marketing cookies are disabled unless you enable them through the cookie banner or preferences panel (where required). If marketing cookies are disabled, you may still see ads, but they may be less relevant and may not be measured as effectively.

Cookie table

The table below lists cookies that are commonly used with our setup. Not every cookie will be present on every visit. Some third-party cookies only appear if the related feature is enabled and you have consented (where required).

Name Purpose Category Type Retention
_site_session Site session continuity Essential First-party Session
cookie_consent Stores your consent choice Essential First-party 12 months
_ga GA4 user identifier Analytics Third-party 2 years
_ga_XXXXXXXXXX GA4 session state (GA4 property identifier) Analytics Third-party 2 years
_gcl_au Google Ads conversion linker Marketing Third-party 90 days
_fbp Meta Pixel browser identifier Marketing Third-party 90 days
_fbc Meta Pixel click identifier (set when click ID is available) Marketing Third-party 90 days

Third-party providers

If you enable analytics and/or marketing cookies, we may use services provided by:

We do not permit these providers to use site data for their own independent commercial purposes. They process data on our behalf under their respective terms and data processing commitments.

Managing your cookie preferences

You can manage cookie preferences at any time using the “Manage cookie preferences” link in the footer. This opens our consent banner and preferences panel, where you can accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or enable only selected categories.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to delete existing cookies, block cookies, or alert you before a cookie is stored. If you block essential cookies, parts of the site may not work correctly.

Updates to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our technology, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we may also provide a notice on the website.
